It’s wasn’t a good month for me in the weight loss challenge. Lots of stress and other crazy things going on took me off focus with eating better and moving more. And the results show it:
Initial weigh-in: 242
Month 1 weigh-in: 234
Month 2 weigh-in: 235
Gained this month: 1 pound
This weekend, I’m on a quick, relaxing getaway. Then next week, it’s time to re-focus and get back on track. Still 4 months to go in the challenge!

At least it was only one pound in a whole month. You can easily get that off in a week. Hang in there

Didn’t know you were doing this, Bryan, but good for you. Keep at it, and look at the total weight loss, not just the loss in one time period.

You’ve lost a lot of weight. You can be sure about that 1 pound. Your weight is shifting about 2 pounds up and down all the time. That just the way it is.

Atleast they pay you something, I know a £ isn’t a lot, but it is a bag of sweets or a soda.

I was thinking of extreme wrapped sweets, you know the kind that you exert more energy trying to get the wrapper off working up a sweat than the calorific value of the sweets inside. Yes, that’s what I meant, that and diet soda.

“Tossing the sweets far far away” is a minor sport in some eastern european countries, a bit like the hammer throw or shot put, but with a bag of humbug toffees.
